This is a stadium project we did in Lagos de Moreno, Mexico. The client was looking for a track that could really last, so we suggested the Sandwich System. It’s much tougher than the basic spray-coat tracks because it’s non-porous. We used a solid base of SBR granules mixed with our high-grade PU binder, and then added a specific seal coat to make sure water can't get into the system. This is a key detail for outdoor tracks; if water gets trapped inside, the layers can start to peel or bubble over time due to temperature changes.

For the top wear layer, we broadcast 1-3mm red EPDM granules into a fresh PU coating to get that professional, high-grip finish you see in the drone shots. The whole field was built to meet international standards for shock absorption and energy return, so it’s much safer for the athletes' joints during long-term use. In the end, the line markings came out really crisp against the red surface, and the entire facility looks great. It’s a solid, high-performance solution for any municipal stadium or school looking for a professional track that won't need constant repairs.
